Remote Access - ConnectWise Control / Screen Connect
Instructions for ConnectWise Control / ScreenConnect
1. Navigate to: thecolonygroup.okta.com and click on Remote Access. The tile will look like the one
pictured below.
2. You will see a list of computers that you have access to connect to. You can connect to the
machine by double clicking on it. (please let IT Support know if you are missing any devices that
you need access to.)
3. At this point, you should be connected. Please see below for instructions on some common
“how tos”.
Using the ScreenConnect toolbar
At the top of the screen is the standard navigation bar:
In the first tab, you have options to split monitors into different screens. See below.
In the 2nd tab, you have the “Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete” button log into your computer. You can also blank
the screen and activate remote printing from this tab. See below.
